Q: If I purchase DockStar, do I have to pay again to get new versions?
A: Upgrades for our shareware products are always free for registered users! You'll receive notifications of new versions by email.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts for DockStar?
A: Yes, please refer to the volume-pricing schedule.
Q: How do I uninstall DockStar?
A: To uninstall DockStar, run the "Install DockStar" program included in
the installer zip file. Click "Uninstall".
Q: Does DockStar support Smart Mailboxes?
A: Yes. Smart Mailboxes will show up in the mailbox selection menu below normal mailboxes.
Q: What languages is DockStar translated into?
A: DockStar is translated into English, French, German and Japanese.
Q: Will DockStar work on my new Intel-based Mac?
A: Yes. The current version of DockStar is a Universal Binary.
Q: How do I choose a transparency for a badge?
A: To choose a transparency, click the colored square to activate the color picker. Then, adjust the "Opacity" slider at the bottom of the color picker.
