Known Issues:
Contact Image and Note Field Not Exporting: When exporting iPhone contacts from PhoneView, the contact image and/or Note field may not be exported. To fix this, change the corresponding settings in your Mac Address Book vCard Preferences and then quit the Address Book.
SMS, Calls, Contacts and Notes Not Loading: This may take a while the first time you launch PhoneView. Please give it a few minutes to sort through your data. If it doesn't show up after 10 minutes or so, please contact us.
Error -5108: Some user have reported this error when accessing Notes, SMS, Call History and Address Book data. We're working to track this down.
USB 1.1 Macs: If your iPhone is not connected to your Mac via a USB 2.0 high-speed port, PhoneView may display various error messages. To work around this: - Quit iTunes before opening PhoneView.
- Disconnect any non-essential USB devices.
- Connect the iPhone directly to the Mac. (Do not use a USB hub or keyboard connection.)
