Welcome to Snow Leopard!
We are pleased to announce Snow Leopard compatibility for most of our currently shipping Ecamm products. In most cases, the latest version is required. For our plug-in and driver products, reinstallation may be necessary after upgrading to Mac OS X v10.6.
Known Issues
Before contacting us, please review the list below:
- Upgrading to Snow Leopard: After upgrading to Snow Leopard, you may need to reinstall any Ecamm plugin or driver software, and the latest version is required. This applies to DockStar and the BT-1 camera driver. Please take the time to ensure that you have the latest available version of the software. If you no longer have your registration email, use this form to request that it be re-sent.
- PhoneView: The latest version of PhoneView is recommended.
- Call Recorder: The latest version of Call Recorder and Skype is recommended.
- DockStar: The latest version of DockStar is required. It may be necessary to re-install DockStar after upgrading to Snow Leopard.
- iGlasses: The latest version of iGlasses (v2.1.3) is required for full Snow Leopard compatibility.
- iUSBCam: iUSBCam is not compatible with Snow Leopard. We are evaluating how best to bring iUSBCam functionality to our Snow Leopard customers.
- Conference Recorder: Conference Recorder is not compatible with Snow Leopard. We have decided to discontinue support for this product in Mac OS X 10.6. Fortunately, iChat 4 and higher includes built-in video chat recording without the need for additional software.
- PowerBoost: PowerBoost is not compatible with Snow Leopard. We have chosen to discontinue support for this product in Mac OS X 10.6.
