On Tuesday April 20th, a service provider outage prevented Ecamm Live login from working properly. As a result, the app was unavailable to members for upwards of four hours during the day. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this outage caused. We are happy to report that service is now fully restored.
From all of us here at Ecamm, thank you to each and every one of you for your support, patience, and kindness with us as we worked to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. We know you have important broadcasts, live events, and shows that matter not only to you and your viewers, but in many cases to your clients as well.
We’ll continue to explore safeguards, redundancies, and improved processes to keep any outages and downtime as limited as possible in the future and we’ll do our best to always notify you and keep you updated.
