And get this\u2026 I barely even use it to stream. Gasp!(<em>Keep reading. It gets good, I promise<\/em>.) <br><br>As someone who teaches email marketing to entrepreneurs just getting started with it, I do a lot of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul type=\"video\" class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio wp-block-list\">\n<li>Podcast guesting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private training sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-on-one consultations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">That means I\u2019m using Ecamm primarily for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=adCQIv4dt-w\">Virtual Camera feature<\/a>. Having Ecamm \u201clocked and loaded\u201d whenever I\u2019m on a call is an absolute game changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>#1\u2013 I get referrals everyday<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to hopping on a call with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=igN6LYouhXY\">podcast host<\/a>, or joining someone\u2019s private Zoom meeting to conduct a training session for their audience, I immediately stand out because I\u2019m using Ecamm Virtual Camera. From my experience, most hosts have never seen Ecamm being used by their guests. I often hear <em>\u201cit looks like you\u2019re in a highly produced YouTube video, but we\u2019re live!\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But how does that make my business better? Well\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using Ecamm, I stand out in the best way. And when podcast hosts + business owners are impressed, they <strong><em>refer<\/em><\/strong>. Oftentimes, I\u2019ll get off an interview or training and within a few hours, I have one, two, or even three introductions to other people who want me to share my message with their audience. Take that FB ads!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just using this one feature that Ecamm offers, I\u2019ve been able to&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grow my network quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charge higher rates for private trainings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230; And gain thousands of email subscribers and customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>#2\u2013 I can hold a crowd, resulting in email list sign ups + automatic purchases<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can wow just about any crowd when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=agCyP9QXsmg\">I take over a Zoom call with the Virtual Camera feature<\/a>. I almost immediately see comments in the chat like\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026<em>\u201comg how does she have a bottom third?<\/em>\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2026.\u201cwhat software are you using?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2026\u201cI can already tell this is gonna be good. Glad I showed up live.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we all know, Zoom burnout is a real thing. Attendance seems to be dwindling from live calls, and engagement is <em>meh<\/em> at best.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when I offer \u201cpreview pics\u201d for the host to share as an incentive to get people to sign up for the live training, our showup rate is incredible. People want to see how I\u2019m doing that. People understand that this training will be something special\u2026something worth attending.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, I\u2019m able to retain the audience throughout the presentation using just a few basic features of Ecamm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Sound Effects<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I\u2019ll insert applause when people take the action I want them to take. So I use the bicycle horn when I make a mistake like going to the wrong slide, having a typo on my slide, or when I can\u2019t figure out why something isn\u2019t working properly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Shout out to Ecamm for making me look like a pro, even when I\u2019m not. Ha!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Countdown Timer<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I use this feature for workshops so we stay on track with time. People love knowing that three minutes means three minutes. It\u2019s the most commonly \u201chow the heck did you get that on the screen?\u201d feature that I use with Ecamm. Whodathunk?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Text Box<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most boring things about the way most people present or train is the lack of interaction. I use the text box feature to \u201clive write\u201d on my screen. I\u2019ll often ask a question and use the Text Box feature to put people\u2019s answers directly on my screen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, I will present a new topic and \u201clive write\u201d using the text box feature. It\u2019s like being back in the classroom when your teacher would start writing on the chalkboard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holds people\u2019s attention really well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gets them engaged in the chat with comments&nbsp; and questions to make your session incredibly engaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shows the audience that you\u2019re a true expert because you can do and teach \u201con the fly\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seriously. It works like a charm!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of my presentations, people are always asking me for the next step. Why? Because the steps I\u2019ve laid out with them with the help of Ecamm have been so easy to follow, they can\u2019t wait to have more of this refreshing teaching style.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I point them to join my email list or buy whatever product I\u2019m promoting that day.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a screenshot of my email list growth. But they add incredible razzle dazzle to boring meetings, Zoom training sessions, and the like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br><strong><em>#3\u2013 I always come across as an expert in my field<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I often conduct live q+a sessions, along with 1-on-1 calls.&nbsp; Having all my presentations loaded into Ecamm makes me look like the most prepared person there ever was. And you know who is prepared?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An expert is prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With things like a q+a session, or a 1:1 call\u2026people tend to ask the same things over and over. And when they do, I\u2019m ready with a visual from one of my presentations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I can quickly move from Ecamm profile to Ecamm profile to pull up what I need in order to best answer their question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if someone asks me<em> \u201cwhat should I put in my welcome sequence, Liz?\u201d<\/em>, there\u2019s a slide for that. I pull it up from my Ecamm scenes, it pops up via the Virtual Camera, and my client or student not only hears my answer, they see it, too.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/7e3kpRnA1AT_wFK3MJ7xqt6aYdp3ARGVQ1gBnDCM2RYm7Dx-IymaY8_UF33L_SX2Mn1MoSBajvbJFkdqnvol_dkmI0vWi34irSYAi56Sl4RXxaXbxg32SjmQFfZIcN5-yhvs39nktzZHQ_AhMoUnYSs\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is great because people learn in lots of different ways. And because I\u2019m catering to that fact, Ecamm helps my students get what they need quickly and easily. Which leads to an audience that sees me as an expert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when you\u2019re seen as an expert, some amazing things happen like\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your audience stays engaged + with you a long time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have repeat customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New people come to you with an established trust&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last thing I\u2019ll say is this:<br><br>I\u2019ve grown my business to over 10,000 subscribers in three years.&nbsp;5500 of those are customers. 4000 of those customers do repeat business with me every month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve also been featured in nearly 300 podcasts and private groups in just three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe this could not have been possible with the help of Ecamm.
